This special is for new patients or returning patients who haven't been seen in over 12 months.
Yes. We want to provide relief and begin the healing process as soon as possible. The Report of Findings including your individualized Treatment plan are presented at your next visit after the doctor reviews your initial visit.
This offer does not apply to Major Medical Insurance, Medicare, or personal injury cases.
Our insurance department will verify your benefits. If you have coverage, your payment will be applied to any deductible or copay or refunded. If there is no or limited coverage, you may continue as a self-pay patient. Superbill style receipts can be provided if you would like to file your own claims.
If Medicare coverage is confirmed, the fee will be applied to cost not covered by Medicare. They do not cover exams or treatment other than spinal adjusting.
In the case of a Personal Injury claim for an auto accident, you can use your own auto insurance Medpay benefits, self-pay or be treated on a lien basis with a trusted lawyer.
We do not treat Worker’s Compensation cases.
